Carolina Support Services, Inc. is dedicated to training and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental deficits and their families to have functional, independent and fulfilling lives.  Our passionate staff uses a person/family centered approach when planning and implementing activities that connect individuals/families to naturally occurring support services and relationships in the community.

• Provide effective services to individuals with developmental and/or mental health disabilities in Pitt County.
• Have a highly trained, educated and experienced staff.
• Be nationally accredited within 3 years.
• Expand Carolina Support Services, Inc. within other counties in the eastern region of North Carolina.
• Provide a fault free, self-perpetuating, learning environment at work.
• Arrange and provide staff trainings relevant to services.
